Removal of all waste from vacant property

Northam, WA — full property clean-out and garden tidy, turned around in two days.

We were contacted to remove all the waste from the front and back yard of this property in Northam. As the photos show, the backyard was completely covered in all manner of household items including mattresses, white goods and furniture.

In addition to clearing the waste, we were asked to tidy up the garden areas and make sure both the front and back of the property looked presentable.

The job brought together two key areas of our business — waste removal and gardening. Our waste removal team attended on day one and used three 10m³ skips to remove all the items, with some loads taken away by our larger trailer and vehicles. Our gardening team then attended on day two for the final tidy up.

It was a great result, and the client was very happy with how quickly we turned this around.

Commercial property tidy up

A full-site tidy on top of the regular monthly maintenance — completed in a single day.

One of our commercial clients requested a full site tidy up. This request was in addition to our monthly lawn mowing, hedge trimming and reticulation inspections.

The site tidy up included the removal of diseased branches from a lemon tree, which were safely removed and treated as per government directions. It also included the cutting and removal of large palm fronds and the removal of overgrown and dead plants throughout the garden bed.

Our gardening team were able to complete all site works in one day, removing the waste using our truck and trailer.
